Help on pages
Help is available on most pages in the Shop Banana adminstration system. Where available, click the large help icon at the top right of the page. This will display help for the page. Most pages that have input settings also have specific help on the settings. Where available, click the smaller help icon next to each setting.

Email support
If you are still unable to resolve an issue after checking these resources, we offer an email support service.
We will do our best to respond to technical issues within a reasonable time-frame. However, we cannot guarantee a response.
Please only contact us with issues relating to the Shop Banana product. We will not respond to issues that are, or appear to be, related to hosting, connection speeds, client browsers etc..

Please include your product version and licence key when emailing support. Both can be found at the top of the Licence page within the admin tool. The licence page is accessed by clicking on the 'Licence' link at the top of all admin tool pages.
